From field to final product, our quality control processes provide you with the peace of mind that you are purchasing a safe, effective, compliant, and consistent product. We maintain a minimum of four quality-control testing points for purity and potency throughout the manufacturing of all our CBD Botanicals:

Biomass Testing: After harvest, our CBD-rich hemp plants are tested for their cannabinoids. At this time we also perform contaminant tests and inspections for heavy metals, pesticides, microbial contaminants, and foreign matter.

Extract Testing: Once we extract cannabinoids and terpenes from our hemp plants, the resulting extract is tested for potency and contaminants, such as pesticides and solvents, and for terpene profile.

Batch Testing: After manufacturing we test the potency of each batch of our final product before bottling to ensure that no formulation or manufacturing errors were made in the production process.

Finished Product Testing: Once bottled, we pull and test random samples from each product lot for potency to ensure there is consistency between units in a batch, and we also test for microbiological contaminants to ensure that cleanliness was maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Bottled products also receive a visual inspection to ensure there are no detectable defects. We store several samples of each lot under varying environmental conditions to monitor the stability of our products for up to a year or more after production.
